Project management is the process of managing projects to a desired outcome through a range of different delivery methodologies. An associated project manager is responsible for delivering on what has to be achieved, how it is achieved, how long it will take and how much it will cost in order to reach a satisfactory conclusion.

Progression:

Upon commencement, apprentices may become student members of the Association for Project Management (APM) as the first step towards professional membership.
